This elite Lookout at Deer Valley home is the ultimate boutique luxury rental property in the heart of Deer Valley Ski Resort. Located in the Silver Lake Village, this home has 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths (4 king rooms, 2 twins in bunk room). No expense was spared in this Lookout home that has four grand master bedroom suites, each with an over-sized king bed, fireplace, HD TV's, and grand master bathroom suites. The 5th bedroom is a bunk room with two pillow top twin beds, with additional bedding available upon request. Lookout is also 1.2 miles from Main Street with onsite concierge, luxury clubhouse, and free shuttle service exclusive for the Lookout Community.

Eclectically furnished with one-of-a-kind art and furniture this home experience takes on that of staying in one of the world's finest boutique spa hotels. Every bedroom in Ahwahnee is en-suite and equipped with flat screen Direct TV feed and wireless internet.

A professional gourmet kitchen has been designed to accommodate the most demanding chef. Supplementary maid service, massage and in-house chef are available upon request at an additional fee.

The Lookout at Deer Valley is set amidst towering evergreens around the property, it has phenomenal ski resort views from its private single family sitting within the development. The Community has 44 wooded acres available for hiking, biking and back country tree skiing.

Not a single regret!

I invited my kids too come her with there families for the weekend so we could spend some time together and celebrate my daughters 23rd birthday! Im so glad we picked here! The views are terrific, the house was amazing, the kitchen was neat, the whole house set up was just gorgeous. The kids loved it just as much as we did I would definatley reccomend this to another person. It was amazing.

Great place to stay!

My family has always enjoyed the spring and fall months in Park City and Deer Valley. It's a beautiful place to witness the signs of spring and the breathtaking colors of fall. We've stayed in numerous properties over the years, working with several other property owners trying to find the "perfect place". Once we found Jim at Park City Rentals, we had no need to look any further! He bends over backwards for us each time we contact him. And through him, we found the perfect property. It boasts amazing views of the Park City valley below us. The property couldn't be better appointed either. Each time we come, we have no reason to leave...everything is up there! From the cool theater room and game room, to the great outdoor jacuzzi and indoor steam room, you won't want to leave! Why stay at mediocre properties in Park City, while for the same price you can be treated like royalty at Jim's properties?! It's a no brainer! Honestly, look no further for great properties at very comparable prices. He's the BEST!

The Grocery Girls are awesome!!!!

I had such a blast at this house with all of my girlfriends. We are able get together once a year, and this was the perfect place to reconnect with them! We had such a good time skiing at Deer Valley, and this house was perfect for our slumber parties. We would definitely come back again! Not to mention, The Grocery Girls are awesome!!!! We literally never had to go to the store.

Awesome House!

My buddies and I take a yearly fishing trip and this year we hit up Park City. Normally we cram in hotel rooms but decided to live it up a little this year. Jim gave us a great price that we just couldn’t pass it up. We were way up in the middle of the mountains in Deer Valley, only a few minutes to Main Street and only about 30 mins from the Provo River where we did most of our fishing.
