Why The Owner chose Playa del Carmen

Playa del Carmen offers everything I was looking for in a vacation destination: great weather, incredible beaches, and a vibrant town with wonderful restaurants--I could eat out on Fifth Avenue every night and never be bored. And the people around here are a lot nicer than many other places I've visited, both the locals and the many travelers, who make for fascinating and variegated community. My kids love the local entertainment and culture--ATVing, jetskis, adventure tours, and the Mexican cultural sites in the area.

What makes this condo unique

I'm not much of a walker, so I appreciate being able to get to the beach so quickly, and having restaurants so close by. I like to go for a morning swim in the rooftop pool--and a late morning swim, and an afternoon swim.

We rented this property with good friends last April. There were 4 of us and this condo had space galore, nicely furnished, close to the beach, and great views from all the windows. We had many lovely meals on the large balcony, and woke every morning with a view of the ocean and sunrise! There is a deck on the top level of the condo, furnished with comfortable chairs and couches, a pleasant place which has 360 degree views. I would highly recommend this property.

Also, we were surprised at the personal service provided from Matt and Allen. They came to welcome us the morning after we got there, with great advice about the area and restaurants available in Playa. There were several cafes we would never have found if not for their recommendations. Many fine dining spots in the area!

we stayed in casa lolo from 12/9-17 and loved it
we fell asleep to sound of waves everynite
rooftop pool was never crowded and what a view
ez walk to neighborhood bars restaurants shops
very nice part of town -not too touristy
beach across the st was very nice and uncrowded
the canibal royale beachclub has great food
i would recomend casa lolo to anyone
