This is a Non Smoking Property - A lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood where it is important to have guests who also desire a quiet residential home. We are close to downtown, Zoo, SeaWorld and beach. Mission Hills is a very centrally located. We are a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport.

The apartment is a short walking distance to shops, tennis courts, neighborhood parks. For those who like a 15 to 20 minute walk, you will be into Hillcrest neighborhood where Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, theaters, and various restaurants await. Most attractions of San Diego are minutes away, Del Mar Racetrack is only 15 minutes away. All freeways are easily accessible.

Coin operated washer and dryer on the premises.

Parking is on street.

Sorry..... no pets allowed.

Great location, close to everything (shops, groceries, coffee, freeways, ocean), in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The unit was comfortable, nicely furnished, and well maintained with everything we needed and more. Darren was great, and made us feel right at home. The perfect place to stay in San Diego if you are looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than a hotel.

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit. The location is fantastic and the neighbourhood is very quiet and safe for walking. The unit was clean and Darren was extremely helpful and attentive.

The apartment was perfect for us and our 2 year old--a place where he could nap and we could still hang out in the living room and do other things--so much better than a hotel room! The location was perfect--a lovely neighborhood with plenty of fun, interesting things within walking distance (park, restaurants, small local businesses, markets, etc.), and big San Diego attractions like the Zoo and the beach a short drive away. It couldn't have been more perfect.

Good Time Here

I stayed three nights with my son (32) I had already stayed here last year with an older, female, friend (60). I have noticied that my two companions, disregarding age or sex, enjoyed the place and also the area. It is so nice and quiet ! In both cases we rented a car in order to visit many nice places in San Diego. The apartment is very close to Balboa Park, where my son and I spent a whole day in different museums. We went to many places that seemed always close, being the flat relatively centrical. We enjoyed a good breakfast with food from the nearby Whole Food Market, and also an early dinner. I fully recommend Quiet Tree House.
