This villa offers a tropical pool area with speakers hidden in rocks around the pool and a boat dock with lift and Tiki Hut, enjoy your vacation days with a drink. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and an office with high speed internet access, Pool and Spa are electrically heated and you will find 8 TVs in the house. Cape Coral is located at the Gulf of Mexico and it is called 'Venice of America' based on its canals, as there are 430 miles of canal waterways. It takes 30 minutes to get by car from Ft. Myers International Airport to Cape Coral, many Golf courses are in the vicinity for everybody's personal skills. There are many options to perform trips like to Orlando, Cape Canaveral, Bush Gardens, Miami Beach and Key West.

Information about boat rentals: It's very easy to rent a boat, you just need a valid driving license and you must be over 21 years old. No special boat licence is necessary. The location of the villa is ideal for boat trips into the Gulf of Mexico as its location is very close to the sea. It takes only 5 minutes to be on Caloosahatchee River, so you haven't to travel long distances through canals and a boat lock. We have very good relationships to boat owners and can arrange boat rentals for any boat sizes. For inexperienced boaters and families we can offer a ponton boat with 115 HP, already available for 650 US$/week.+ US $ 120.00

Climate: In summer the air temperature is between 30 -35 C and the water temperature 26 - 30 C. The rest of the year air temperature is 23 - 28 C and the water temperature is always above 20 C. There are between 330 - 350 sunshine days in a year. The changing of the seasons is hardly recognisable and flowers and trees keep their green leaves throughout the year. Because the water in the gulf never falls below 20 C, there is swimming possible all year around

Golf: Cape Coral is a paradise for golfers. There are five golf courses in the city of Cape Coral and more than 50 in the closer area
