This modern-style home is literally steps away from the beach. It is located just 1 mile from the 101 freeway, approximately 45 miles north of the San Fernando Valley and 27 miles south of Santa Barbara. This location is family-friendly and is a beautiful vacation getaway, similar to the Hawaiian or Mediterranean Coastlines. This house can easily accommodate 2 families and you can bike, surf, fish, and walk to the children’s park, or marina within minutes.

Property Amenities Include: washer/dryer use, ducted cooling and fans, outdoor shower, garage parking and room for 2 vehicles on street, outdoor patio with table and chairs, gas BBQ, fountain and outdoor fireplace, use of bedding/towels/beach towels and chairs, children’s “beach” toys, bikes & helmets, surf boards, wetsuits, games, and books, kitchen-ware and appliances, dishwasher, cable TV with Showtime/HBO premium channels, WI-FI connection, DVD player, small televisions for video games, and free local phone service.

Bathroom Styles:: There are 2 modern-style marble bathrooms with glass showers downstairs, and a sunken tub and “open” shower in the master suite. Additionally there is an extra large vanity with drawers and cabinet space with amazing natural sunlight and large sink.

Bedrooms: There is one master suite upstairs with a king-size bed, small wet bar/mini fridge, jacuzzi tub and open shower. Downstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 1 queen-size bedroom, and 2 kid's rooms. The 'girls'' room has one pull-out twin matress and twin bed (2 total). The 'boy's' bedroom has 2 twin beds and 1 pull out twin bed (3 total).

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Spring-Summer:

    A regular week's rental is $2150 for 7 days, 6 nights. (checkout by 10:00am on the 7th day) plus $350 cleaning fee
    We do have a permit with the City of San Buenaventura (STVR#2167) and adhere to the city's ordinances. During the summer months, we can only rent for periods of 7 days at a time. All city taxes and utilities are included in the rental rate. If you would like to rent fall/winter, please contact us directly for a quote and availability.

    A $750 deposit is required to reserve the property and is deducted from your total rental rate. Complete payment must be received no less than 48 hours prior to arrival. If you would like the cleaners to come during your stay, we can arrange that for an additional fee.

    Please note that this is not a 'party house'. We do have a 'Nuisance Response Plan' which is required by the city for owners of rental properties. This means 'quiet hours' are from 10:00pm-7:00am. We do enforce this policy.

Wonderful house

We stayed here in July 2012. Would definitely go back. House is very roomie, clean, and very nicely done. Photos and descriptions are accurate. Two minute walk to beach. Owner very easy to work with. It was awesome having beach chairs, beach towels, and bikes available to use. Outdoor shower was great - even had hot water! Great bike/running path goes up both north and northeast for miles. Great outlet shopping and miniature golf just a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this rental.
