This oceanside retreat is ideal for multi-family vacations or group gatherings. 5 couples OR 4-5 couples and 4-6 kids can comfortably share this space. The beach access is super close and there is ample parking spaces between the two driveways. Washer/Dryer on each floor.

You are renting upstairs and downstairs together but you can shut the door at the stairs and keep each floor completely separated. This is one full side of a duplex.

We are from Midlothian, Va (Richmond) and I am a full time Realtor. It was our goal to buy a beach house close to other family on Topsail Island. Being a Host meshes so well with what I already do in real estate.

Why they chose this property

Surf City and especially here close to the "S Curve" (where S Topsail and S Shore meet) is some of the best stretch of the beach on Topsail! We also have other family with a house nearby on the oceanfront. It's an amazing place to getaway and is only 1 mile south of the Surf City Bridge so you won't have as much traffic to fight once you get on the island. Surf City still has some of that small town/beach feel while it still has plenty for people to do if you is choose.

What makes this property unique

With 2 floors having their own independent kitchen/living space, two families can comfortable stay here and share the house for the week. 2 kitchens, 2 laundry facilities, 2 living spaces, 2 driveways this home can sleep 5 couples comfortably or 4-5 couples and 4-6kids comfortably. Awesome Ocean Views and only about 125 steps to the beach access!!!
