As you enter the comfortable open concept living and dining area, you’ll want to explore a bit, as there is more than meets the eye. Notice the fully equipped kitchen waiting for you to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal. A gas grill is provided for another dining option. Then decide whether to enjoy your meal in the screened in lanai or go inside to the cozy dining area.
After dinner, don’t forget to take that short walk and experience our beautiful sunsets here in Paradise. Return home, relax and watch a movie or curl up with a good book in the comfy living room. This lovely home offers two living areas so there will be no arguing over the TV! The second spot is just off the kitchen, so you can keep an eye on the children. You’ll find many places to spread out in this charming home.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a TV/DVD for late night viewing. The middle bedroom has a daybed with a trundle, that can be used as two single beds or one king size bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Each room is neatly decorated and comfortably appointed. You’ll get a good night’s rest as this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a shared full bath in the hallway. The home accommodates 6 guests.
A laundry room fully equipped with a washer, dryer and utility sink for your convenience, is located just off the family room.
The backyard will be a favorite sitting or sunning spot. Relax in the screened in lanai, or sunbathe in the backyard.
Take time to explore the island. A trolley, at 50 cents per person, runs south to Lovers Key State Park where you can swim, shell and bird watch. Maybe you’ll be lucky enough to catch sight of dolphins frolicking.
On your return trolley trip, you may want to stop off at Santini Mall and visit the unique shops and restaurants. Close by there is Fort Myers Beach golf course if a round of golf is on your agenda. Minutes from the house are Publix Supermarket and the award winning Bay Front Bistro right on beautiful Estero Bay.
There is plenty to keep you busy during the evening after a day of sunning. At our Beach Theatre you can order a meal, relax in comfy swivel chairs and watch a movie. Take that trolley about 3 miles north to Times Square for more shopping, restaurants and night life. It will be easy to get used to island life!
Enjoy a day or evening out on the Big M Casino boat or take a ferry to Key West. Further out, you can visit the Ford and Edison Museums, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, the Naples Zoo or take an airboat or swamp buggy ride through the Everglades.
