One of a kind beautiful cottage (900 square foot apartment and garage) on 100 feet of quiet and private lakefront on gorgeous Mullett Lake in Northern Michigan. The newer apartment is above an over-sized three car heated garage perfect for your car and all of your summer or winter toys during your stay! The apartment boasts huge lakeside windows for a view that makes you feel like you are in the treetops. The apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed and a day bed with two twins. There is a convertible couch in the living area that sleeps 2 more people for a total of 6. Also the apartment has a ceramic tiled shower, kitchen with eating bar and living room with gas fireplace, Pergo floors and carpet, and skylights. It is a modern, comfortable, impeccably clean and well-appointed.

Excellent Private Location: The lot is large and near the end of a dead-end road for that highly sought-after Northern Michigan quiet and privacy. The sand beachfront and hoist are swimming/boating ready!

Our cottage is located on the secluded East side of beautiful crystal clear Mullett Lake, part of Michigan’s famous inland route, which can access Burt Lake, Crooked Lake and Lake Huron. Mullet Lake is the third largest inland lake in Michigan. 17,000 acres of the best fishing and water sports imaginable. Minutes from the quaint towns of Indian River and Cheboygan. Forty minutes from the harbor towns of Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Mackinaw City with additional shops and attractions is 30 minutes away. 20 minutes from the 310 exit off I-75.

We had a great time in this tidy newer cottage on Mullet Lake. Very clean and conveniently located just south of Cheboygan. We also really appreciated the garage downstairs so that we could pack the car the night before in the A/C instead of in the rain. Clean, private, and great neighbors. Nice area to bike and walk as well as watersports on Mullet and Burt Lakes. Grill and firepit well maintained and ready to use. We have never seen a cottage this clean! Perfect for our family of four.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
