Nestled along the coveted Lakeshore Drive on Lake Pend Oreille, 375 Lakeshore Drive is a classic lakefront home that has the added benefit of being a home with a completely separate mother-in-law apartment in the lower half. During the high summer season, it rents as one whole unit with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 complete kitchens and 2 separate living rooms. The upper part of the home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and the lower has one spacious bedroom and bath. What makes this home a special treat is the awesome beach and dock. The clear, clean waters of Lake Pend Oreille are so inviting here that swimmers of all ages will enjoy cooling off in its refreshing temperatures! Come join the fun!!

This home is located just 3 miles from Downtown Sandpoint. In the summer months, it is easier (and more fun) to boat to town rather than drive. Boat to go shopping, out to eat, or even for your morning coffee. This home is a wonderful summertime vacation rental. Bring your swimsuits and your camera.
