Our home is centrally located between Sodus Bay, Chimney Bluffs and Fairhaven Beach giving you privacy for endless relaxation with plenty of activities within a 15 minute drive. We are 10 minutes from the town of Wolcott and 15 minutes from the Sodus Bay area.

The home features an open floor plan with 1400 square feet of living space. 6 guest max. 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Full, 1 Bunk with twin/full bed combo), 2 full baths with walk in showers, open kitchen, living room and porch area with a futon and sectional couch. Relax on a cool evening in front of the large Smart TV and electric fireplace in the main living area. There is also a desk space for working (although once you see the views you won’t want to!). It's equipped with all the amenities you’ll need: A/C, dishwasher, washer/dryer, WiFi, 2 large Smart TVs, cell phone docking stations, Keurig coffee station, and lots of rainy day games and entertainment.
