A memorable setting for special holidays and family escapes, this custom home truly inspires with a 180-degree view of Klamath Lake. It's a place to retreat into five private acres, with days spent watching sunsets from the wraparound deck and soaking in the hot tub beneath star-filled skies.

This large piece of property sits up above the lake's eastern shore, about four miles from downtown Klamath Falls. It's a snowy wonderland in winter and a great place for boating come summer, with the closest boat launch at nearby Moore Park (four miles). Tee off at the Harbor Links Golf Course (two miles) or the Arnold Palmer-designed Running Y Resort (nine miles) or take an easy day trip to Crater Lake National Park (40 miles).

Designer-built to showcase its surroundings, the house has a real wow factor as you step inside. At its heart is a glassed-in atrium connecting living spaces on two floors, each with spectacular views of the lake and nightly sunsets. In fact, the view seems to follow you wherever you are - preparing meals in the well-appointed kitchen, gathering around the dining room table, curling up with a good book in the living room, or streaming movies via Roku upstairs.

The outdoor spaces are something special, beginning with a wraparound deck that's perfect for morning coffee. The upper patio offers another alfresco dining space for summer breakfasts. Enjoy a golden hour dinner at the outdoor dining area under a pergola.

End each evening with a soak in the hot tub before turning in to two inviting bedrooms, each with views of the lake and an en suite bathroom. The primary suite is on the lower floor, opening to the deck and hot tub, and the guest suite is upstairs. Bonus features of the house include high-speed WiFi, a desk in the upstairs living space, a built-in desk in the downstairs dining area, central air conditioning, and a washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are two outdoor security cameras onsite - one Ring camera at the front door, and an additional camera facing the driveway. They are motion-sensitive and will be on during your stay for your safety.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
