RESERVATION PROCESS
Samuel was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and provided the reservation next steps. The property management company seemed to be a little slower and less communicative, I had to contact Samuel since I never heard from the property management company. He resolved the matter expediently by contacting them directly.
CLEANLINESS
Very clean, we are a very clean and organized family. I personally am very picky and anal retentive about cleanliness, this property met my expectations.
LAYOUT
Nice layout, it has three floors, the stairs were steep (tiring, haha), but, it made the town home seem more spacious and allowed everyone to have privacy throughout the stay. The powder room on the second floor is a nice touch so that you do not have to go up or down stairs to use the restroom.
AMENITIES
This property provides everything needed, hand soap from Bath & Body Works was a nice touch! A good amount of bath towels, beach towels, and toilet paper. In addition to a stroller and high chair, we used the high chair for our 18 month old girl, she was happy! The washer and dryer was great, we washed our clothes after going to the beach. Lastly, the pool is very nice, there is a kids pool and a small store that has everything you need for the pool, even swim suits and a baby tube for our little girl.
FURNISHINGS
Samuel did a great job of decorating and furnishing the town home, our family was very impressed. We loved the modern IKEA feeling, simple, yet functional. The LCDs in the family room and bedrooms were great! The wireless internet seemed a bit slow for my standards, but, I have a 50mbps service at home.
LOCATION
This is in the heart of everything you need to have fun in Orlando, we went to Universal Studios and it took 5-10 minutes to get there. In addition to a nice selection of restaurants, there is a Publix grocery store and a 24-Hour Walgreen's within walking distance. For those who enjoy Whole Foods, there is one 5-10 minutes away. The closest beaches are Cocoa Beach (1 hour) and St. Pete Beach/Pass-a-grille (2 Hours), Pass-a-grille was wonderful for a family, has calm tides and less packed than clearwater and cocoa.
Would definitely recommend this property to anyone, we will definitely stay here again on our next family vacation to Disney world when out little girl is older.
