The small Agriturismo has a wonderful, quiet location, in the green, wooded region of Lorenzana. The small town is 25 km south-east from Pisa, the city with the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and only 18 km from the sea. 700 m from the Agriturismo, there is a small shop/ bar where you can have an espresso or a cappuccino/good cheap restaurant. The vacation apartments have a swimming pool with a children area, large sunbathing area and playground. It has a nice view upon the surrounding Tuscan hills. It is ideal for children and for calmness and nature lovers. The occupancy is 2 up to 7 people. The apartments have a living room with fireplace, kitchen, 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a private terrace with table and chairs. We welcome you with a self made pizza (baked in the old pizza oven) or pasta and wine. On the large property we offer WIFI-internet, ping-pong, table soccer, volley ball and archery for free. Children receive 10 % up to 50 % discount. Communal room with TV and PC.

Pisa is located along Arno river, a few km away from the sea. Everybody knows the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The tower, symbol of the city, the impressive cathedral and the baptistery are white marble monuments which form the “Place of Wonder” in Pisa, an architectural complex that belongs to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. The village Lorenzana is located 25km south-east from Pisa. It is central for trips in Tuscany. Florence can be reached by free high way which is 10km away, or by train from Cascina.You can reach it fast and cheap. The artistic cities Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano and Lucca are also close(25-50km). In the center of Lorezana(2km) and Fauglia(3km) there are shops, restaurants and pizza places, banks and post office. The spa resort Casciana Terme is 10 km away, and it has a beautiful wellness center, new hot springs(indoors and outdoors), tennis courts and rent a bike. In this area of Tuscany you still find small villages with good, cheap restaurants. Busstop 1/3 km.

  • The above mentioned prices are for 2 people. Further adults pay 90 Euro per week in April, May, June, September and October. The children have a 50% discount. Children between 3 and 17 pay only 45 Euro per week. July and August prices are for 4 persons and further persons pay 140 Euro per week and children under 17 receive a 10% discount. For children under 3 you have to pay only 10 Euro for the cot.
  • Included in the rental rate are: linen, towels, tablecloth, electricity, gas, water, internet, home-made pizza and wine on the day of arrival, swimming pool (opened April – October) , firewood for the fireplace, archery, ping-pong, tabletop soccer, volley ball and parking place.
  • Additional charges on location are: 20 Euro for the final cleaning per apartment, 10 Euro per week if you need a cot, 10 Euro per week if you have a dog, 7 Euro per day and per apartment for the heating if needed, washing machine, biking trips, 15 Euro per person for the transfer from the airport/train station in Pisa. The security deposit is 100 Euro per apartment in cash. Normal cancellation fees apply.

Agriturismo : From the Agriturismo property you have a wonderful view upon the Tuscan hills. This place is ideal both for children, who can play freely without any fears, and for the ones who look for calmness and relaxation. The friendly caretaker welcomes you with a pizza for free, made in the pizza oven, or with pasta and wine, on the day of the arrival. There is also olive oil, vegetables, marmalade and honey, all home made. In the communal room the is a TV and you can order antipasta, pizza, pasta, wine, water and coffee. There are 2 arches with arrows for free, with which you can shoot in 24 places on the 20.000 m² large property. The nature lovers can go hiking. From the property, there are 4 hiking trails (3, 6, 8 and 14 km.). Guided biking tours from € 44 per person.
