The apartment was lovely - many original features (moldings, hardwood floors). Very clean. Not even a spot of dust. Excellent location. Very quiet. The whole process was very easy - Henry was easy to reach, instructions were clear. The bed was super comfy. We'd definitely return for a longer stay.
I stayed for 18 nights in the apartment at the corner of Walnut and 22nd. The apartment is newly renovated and very nice. The master bedroom is very large. It was very convenient to have a private washing machine in the apartment. The communication with Henry was always easy and he responded quickly to all my questions. The location is great. Close to Rittenhouse square and University City.
I had to go to Philadelphia for a work conference at the Sofitel in Rittenhouse Square. Since I was brining my two daughters and my parents were flying in to babysit, I really wanted to find an apartment nearby. This apartment was great. It was only five blocks away from the hotel. The layout was great with enough space for us all to be comfortable. We were especially thankful for a comfortable place when my daughter got sick and my parents ended up having to stay inside for a few days. The kitchen has all the appliances and pans you need, but is not stocked with cooking staples (oil, vinegar, etc.) However with a Trader Joes and CVS just a couple blocks away it was easy to stock up. The building was nice and the people at the front desk were extremely friendly. The laundry is downstairs but you have to buy a card and then charge it to use it. If you are staying for a longer period it isn't a problem. The Rittenhouse Square neighborhood is great with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. It was centrally located for all the touristy things as well. The double decker buses pass through the neighborhood and there is a bus that stops in front of the building that takes you to the Ferry for the aquarium. Ben was flexible in how we made arrangements, which made it easier since we were arriving on an international flight.
This luxurious 2 Bedroom is right in the center of the City right next to the convention center. Furnished 2 BR. Garage parking is extra. Beats a hotel, access to kitchen, washer/dryer, cable, wireless internet, and full bathroom. This is not a share, you will have your own place. This place is fully furnished with everything you could ever need. This is your own apartment. Extra people are $20/per night per person extra. Checkin after 4 PM, Checkout by 11am.
