**COME SEE OUR BRAND NEW KITCHEN** As of April 28, the kitchen is about 90% complete. Awaiting final electrical work and then decor updates. You're going to love it!

A private oasis just a block and a half from the beach!

This luxurious, unique home offers plenty of living space for all: a gorgeous, newly furnished living room with flat screen 46 inch TV and gas fireplace, a private shaded deck, a large great room for entertaining (kitchen, dining and seating area), sun porch for quiet moments, and a separate cabana for overflow living space complete with TV and game table.

Upstairs, you'll find the master suite ('Beach Haven') complete with king-size memory foam bed, flat screen TV, private balcony for sunbathing or relaxing, and a luxurious master bath and spa which offers a jetted tub, and separate shower. Also upstairs is the second bedroom ('Surf City') which includes a double bed plus a loft with a twin bed.

Downstairs, you'll find a second master bedroom ('Brant Beach') with private access to the sun porch, a bunk room ('Harvey Cedars') with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and the fifth bedroom ('Barnegat Light') offering a full-size bed. These 3 bedrooms share 2 full baths (one with tub, the other with shower stall).

This is the perfect property for 2 families vacationing together or for one family looking to spread out.

You'll be an easy stroll to the beach and walking distance to Bay Village for dining, shopping and amusements. Leave your cars in one of the two private off-street driveways (parking for 6 cars!) and walk or bike to everything you need.

While perfect for sunny summer vacations at the shore, the gas fireplace in this home make it the perfect getaway in the fall, winter and spring. And the ample living space makes it great for holiday dinners and family gatherings.

Almost every single room in the house has gone through a recent renovation and boasts new furnishings, fresh paint and tasteful decorations.

There's something for everyone in this home...mom and dad can relax on the back deck while the kids can spread out and pursue their own interests. We all come together in one of the several large living areas for meals and game time. Best of all, there's room for friends and family to enjoy it with us!

Wonderful for larger group!

Great house! Nice space for a large or multi-family group to spread out and find privacy. Very nice cottage-style decor, modern conveniences set in an old-style shore house. LOTS of parking and storage space as compared to other houses we've rented on LBI. We commented all week about how quaint and intimate the house is, yet lots of separate spaces. Bedrooms are not large, but we weren't going to the beach to hang out in the bedrooms. Free-standing "cabana" with foosball table, darts, t.v., refrigerator was a nice kid space. Overall a great house, responsive owners. Would stay there again.

Great family retreat

Our summer experience was wonderful and the house has a charm of old days with the perks of new spaces and updates. The cabana out back was great for the kids to have their own personal space to play and hang out and the patio with a BBQ and a big enough table for the adults to eat dinner outside each night was great. The beach was only a block and a half away and when we finished our beach days, there was a shower with hot/cold on the side of the house that's even private if you want to get all the sand off and clean up.
We rented bikes and you can walk or ride bikes to all kinds of restaurants, shops, amusement parks, etc. Great family vacation!

Charming House and Awesome Owners

We rented this house prior to the renovation being completed and we were very happy with our choice. The house is warm and inviting. It has 2 family rooms which was great allowing the kids to watch TV while the adults watch their own shows. Most of the bedrooms have TVs which really worked out when we had several families there. The owners were very responsive to any concerns and appreciated any feedback that was provided. We would definitely rent this property from these people again. Thanks.
