Ocean Front Beach & Sea View Studio (ca 35 m²) on the 1st floor with separate patio seaside with magnificent sea view (studio and patio) over Grand Case Bay and Anguilla, directly on the calm beach, AC, complete kitchen, bathroom
Living room / bed room: queen-size-bed, AC, table with two chairs, ceiling fan, TV, two arm chairs, radio, complete kitchen, big wardrobe,
Kitchen: Full size stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, large sink, dinnerware, pots, pans, utensils. So the kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals.
Bathroom: bath tub with full size shower, toilet and sink with a vanity, hair blower, cosmetic mirror
Patio: Private patio / terrace / balcony, table with 2 chairs, seaside with magnificent sea view to Anguilla and the Grand Case Bay, directly on the calm beach, direct beach access.
2-person-maximum

- We can make a car reservation for you with a
trustable partner -or you arrive by taxi and rent a

Sea-View-Studio n° 4/15: 114 US$ per night
WINTER RATES (DECEMBER 15 - APRIL 15)
Rates include taxes, water, electricity etc.
Sea-View-Studio n° 4/15: 170 US$ per night
Deposits:
Three nights rate to confirm the room fully refunded with 30 days notice.
Payment:
We do not accept credit cards. We shall accept your personal check (look restrictions), cash, bank transfer and electronic payment with moneybookers / Skill
A check from the United States will take 8 weeks until it is cleared: 4 weeks to arrive and 4 weeks until clearing date. So we shall not accept your check, if the expected clearing date is later than your check out.
Check in is after 3:00 pm - check out not later than 11:00 am .
Procedure: Send email to make a reservation. Now we block the studio for you already. We send a booking confirmation with all further information. Let us know if you agree. Send your deposit. - That´s it - Residual upon arrival.
