The apartments are on the 1st floor with 2 small patio, mountain and garden view. The beautiful beach yard has direct beach access.

KITCHEN: Full size stove with oven, full size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, large sink, dinnerware, pots, pans, utensils. So the kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals.
BEDROOM: Queen size bed, AC, night table , lamps, wardrobe, etc......
BATHROOM: bath tub with full size shower, toilet and sink with a vanity, hair blower, cosmetic mirror

P.S.: The studio in the description of some reviews is no longer available. We do not have studios any longer. Because of renovations and investments a lot of things are even more better than before. So all matrasses are comfortable, enough hot water for hot showers is available. New wifi has been installed so that you can pick up good signals in all units and on the lot. Also cable TV connections have been renewed.

'Grand Case has a “small town” with amazing restaurants and stores. Both inexpensive good food and fine dinning. A car is not necessary here. My wife and I had a great time in Grand Case. This apartment was what we were looking for - location was most important for us. Great for no frills and someone that is going to spend most of their time on the beach. Also close to GCBC with a great beach and restaurant.

Just returned from this wonderful place. Our favorite was the beach access, we snorkeled right outside our front door every day. Walking to the little french market was a daily treat, items were limited , very reasonable. Don't forget a fresh baguette & bottle of wine! Ralf was so welcoming, made sure we were comfortable, and the room was charming. His suggestion to the nearby restaurant ended up being our favorite meal on the island. We plan to go back as soon as possible. Love love loved it!
Ralf, the on-site property manager, is an excellent host and can help you with car/taxi and restaurant recommendations. Location is excellent for being quiet, wonderful sandy beach for swimming and snorkeling; walking distance to many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and diving/snorkeling tours. Most of our meals were eaten at the Sunset Cafe located at the Grand Case Beach Resort which were high quality meals at reasonable prices (can pay euros or usd) and only a short walk up the beach. Would stay here again in a heart beat. The accommodations are basic but clean. We like having the ability to cook our own meals for when we get tired of the restaurants (although that isn't a problem at this location as lots of choices to eat). We would recommend that the bed linens be updated, but overall you will be hard pressed to find better value given the location it has. Those who like "fancy" should look elsewhere, but you will pay much more. We did that earlier and enjoyed it less with about double the food and accommodation bill.
My wife and I had another wonderful stay at the Sea View Studio! Ralf (property mgr) goes out of his way to make you feel right at home. The property is kept in fantastic condition and the pictures are up to date and accurate. Being on the beach with ocean views makes up for the less than comfortable bed mattress.
My husband and I just returned from a week stay at this wonderful property. It exceeded our expectations in everyway. It has the perfect location nestled between town and the Grand Case Beach Club so you have lots of dining options within walking distance. The building is quite large and you feel like you have your own Villa to yourself. Ralf the property manager maintains the property in pristine condition, and is always available if you need anything. I never saw a single bug while we were there and it was spotless. The interior has been updated since these pictures were taken and it is bright and cheery. This is the only place I would stay when we return to St. Martin. After touring the island I did not find a spot the was more beautiful.
The villa was very private, cozy and Ralf the caretaker was extremely helpful and welcoming. We were able to walk in town for breakfast, lunch and dinner, (less than a five minute walk.) I would definitely come back here for another vacation!
We have nearly all kinds of watersport on the island. You also can go with kayaks, have fun with floaters, snorkeling, diving, swimming ...
