Ideal for extended or 2 families (not to exceed 11), Bluewater has 2 private levels and comfortably sleeps 9 (or 11 w/sleeper sofa) with 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a living room, dining/kitchen area (fully-equipped), deck/dining area overlooking Lake Michigan, an enclosed screened porch perfect for watching sunsets and an additional outdoor patio.
Saturday to Saturday during Peak Summer season. Rates include complete cleaning fee, high speed internet and local phone calls, 2 cable TVs, laundry, all linens/towels, beach chairs/umbrellas and numerous books, games, puzzles and toys - just bring bathing suits and groceries! Upper level wheelchair accessible. No weddings, pets or smokers, please.
Bluewater is part of a private cottage association surrounded by unique turn-of-the-century classic cottages, rolling dunes and wooded trails, with access to Pigeon Lake, docks, newly-surfaced tennis courts, beach volleyball, superb hiking and bike trails, children's play areas, beachfront fire pits (wood provided) and picnic tables. Walking distance to Sandy Point Beach House and 15 minutes to excellent dining, breweries (New Holland, Big Lake, Odd Sides, etc.), antiques and art galleries, Holland Farmer's Market, blueberry picking and quaint shopping in nearby Holland, Grand Haven, Saugatuck and Douglas. 45 minutes to Grand Rapids dining, breweries (Founders, The Mitten, Brewery Vivant) and cultural offerings (Meijer Gardens, Grand Rapids Museum, Ford and Grand Rapids Children's Museum, etc.).

The beachfront is spectacularly wide and clean, with nearby private tennis (2 newly-surfaced courts), 2 children's play areas, fishing, biking, hiking, windsurf and kayak opportunities, U-Pick blueberries, Holland’s bountiful farmers' market, and the restaurant and shops in quaint downtowns of Holland, Saugatuck and Grand Haven.
