Bright and sunny 2 bedroom / 2 bath / ground floor corner unit / BRAND NEW renovated and refurbished with bright and friendly colors, overlooking the golf course. Centrally located just off Pine Ridge Rd in North Naples, minutes away from shopping, restaurants and Naples beautiful beaches (2 miles) and a short drive to vibrant Downtown Naples.Two queen beds, European style furniture and new laminate flooring. Sliding glass doors open onto the screened lanai overlooking the Golf Course. The kitchen is fully equipped, with range, dishwasher, microwave, disposal and refrigerator-freezer with ice maker. A/C. Washer and dryer are located inside the unit, linens and towels are provided, flat screen TV with basic cable, DVD; ceiling fans; beach chairs+sunbrella. Two bikes, one set of golf clubs. Shared heated POOL with BBQ few steps around the corner, deckchairs, small Fitness Room aside pool deck.

There is no transferable golf membership offered, former tenants used to succeed in negotiating tee times with the pro shop of Quail Run (which is a private club).
