About Tom Chedester
The home has been in our family since 1947. It started out as a small cabin and was remodeled in 1996 to accommodate our growing family. We have two grown sons and six grandchildren. We both grew up in the San Joaquin valley and have been involved in Farming and Real Estate. We are now retired and living in Palm Desert, Ca.. We spend our summers at Bass Lake and traveling.
Tom Chedester purchased this house in 1947
Why Tom Chedester chose Bass Lake
My wife's father built the home so he could spend his summers with his family enjoying the lake activities and the surrounding mountain area.
What makes this house unique
We love to go out in our boat, stop in a quiet cove and play cards or just relax, listen to music and enjoy a happy hour. When our grandchildren visit we spend hours with them tubing and skiing and then have a relaxing dinner outside while the sun sets. The summer evenings and sunsets are beautiful.
