Condo, 1 Bedroom + Bunk Area, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

My condo has a tropical theme and is great for family or couples that want to stay steps from the beach. This gorgeous unit is located on the 7th floor that has 1 bedroom and a bunk area, with 2 full bathrooms.

The patio overlooks the lagoon style pool and the the most beautiful beaches in the world.

In the bedroom we have new bedding with a 32'' T.V.

In the living room we have a 42'' T.V. flatscreen that is mounted on the wall. There is a sleeper sofa that is a queen size.

About The Owner

We are a happly married couple with three girls.

We wanted a place to go with our family that is safe and fun.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2008
Why The Owner chose Shores of Panama

The first time we saw the pool we were sold.

The pool has a 0 degree entry that makes it nice for our children that can't swim. This also nice if you just want to wade in the water.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is just steps from the elevator and if you dont want to wait the steps are even closer.

The parking deck is 30 steps for the condo. This make it easy to unload and load you car.

Fantastic vacation get-away!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was exceptionally clean, well cared for and tastefully decorated. Convenient parking makes loading and unloading a breeze. The view from the balcony is a perfect balance of pool area (great pool, very clean) and beach/ocean. Rental arrangements were easy and uncomplicated, all information was accurate and questions were answered promptly. We would highly recommend this condo and we cannot wait to visit it again. PCB and Shores of Panama are great!

Very much enjoyed staying at Shores of Panama and staying in this particular condo. Very clean and updated decor.I am pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness and owners who take pride in keeping their units updated. I was impressed. Perfect view from the balcony for the beautiful pool and the ocean. Not to high up and not to low. I could see dolphins swimming from the balcony. Security was great. Every morning the crews were up early taking care of the property. Cleaning the pool and grounds. Also enjoyed the food from the pool cabana. Tasty and resonably priced. I would definately stay in this condo again :) Thanks again!
