This is one of the most beautiful suites with an amazing oceanfront view.
We just finished a weeklong stay, this was the 2nd stay for my husband and I and this time we brought our 3 sons ages 22,18 & 11. This was one of best vacations yet! We rented the 4th floor condo and the owner has a 2nd condo on the 8th floor that we rented for our sons. The 4th floor condo with the terrace has an amazing view of the ocean!! My husband and I stayed in this room but it could easily for up to 4 people if you use the futon. The place is always clean and the owner has the basic essentials needed so you can cook. The convenience of being able to cook is always a plus for me because my husband and I prefer home cooked meals and the Publix market is only a few minutes away. There is direct access to the beach and a large pool for the residents. We have eaten in the restaurant a few times on the 1st floor and the food was very good. The valet parking is also great and the building staff has always been helpful but we never had any issues. Oh and each floor has a laundry room so I was able to bring home clean clothes for 5 people!! The 8th floor condo has 2 double beds and a reclining love seat so there was plenty of room for the boys and there is also a kitchenette with basic essentials. The only part the boys didn't like is there is a small tv and no terrace in the 8th fl condo but they spent time with us on the 4th fl when we weren't out doing activities. The condo location is in the middle between North Miami and South Beach but we love that because the beach doesn't get overcrowded and you don't have to worry about the crowds of South Beach! We would recommend this condo to everyone and we will be back! Josie is always pleasant to work with and answers any questions we have quickly! Thank you for a great vacation spot Josie!
Loved our stay. The rental was easy and the owner supplied us with all the information we needed to get into the room quickly. Had to valet park, but didn't have to use the car until we left, so no issues with waiting for the car. The room is on the 4th floor, which is the first elevator stop. The room was even better than in the pictures, perfect for 2-3 adults. Fantastic to have the terrace with table, seats and lounge chairs. Beach chairs and umbrellas were in the closet. The bed was huge, the futon ok for one adult or 2 kids. The futon wasn't real comfortable (I sleep on a futon at home) but the bed was great. The place was spotless. A few towels are provided, but we brought our own too. We had everything we needed for cooking; there is also an iron and board. The pool is large, clean, and warm with plenty of chairs. The beach is just beyond the gate; it's wide, clean, not crowded, beautiful. Didn't try the building's restaurant, there are good restaurants starting a few blocks north, along with a beautiful huge Publix grocery. South Beach is about 40 blocks away, we would bike or take the bus there to avoid parking hassles. My only wish was that the patio doors had screens so you wouldn't have to run the air conditioner. Oh and that we could have stayed a lot longer.
This was a surprise birthday present for my husband's 40th birthday. He has wanted to visit Miami for years and this was the perfect location. The private terrace had a great view and it was refreshing to sit out and have breakfast or watch the sunset. We loved the location also because it had direct access to the beach and it was away from all the crowds associated with South Beach. The building needs some updating of hallways and the room was a little smaller then I expected but it is perfect for a couple looking for an intimate setting and for the price and location these are small issues. Everyone in Miami was very nice & friendly. I hope that we can go back again very soon and would book this condo again if it is available.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in our condo. The first thing to hit us is the very large terrace we had overlooking the ocean and pool. (Very large pool). We sat on the terrace every morning and had breakfast and juice during our 5 night stay. The room wasn't fancy, but very clean and well equipped. Stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Towels provided, but only 2 each and one washcloth.each. You do not have maid service since it is a condo. We went to WalMart and bought beach towels and chairs for the beach. The hotel has no chairs on the beach and only gives towels to the hotel guests. Chairs were $10 each so money well spent since we used them every day. We left them in the condo, so hopefully the next person can use them. We drove to the grocery store, but I think there is one you can walk to. It was actually cheaper to rent the condo than to get a room in the same hotel! Way cheaper if you consider we did not have to pay for valet parking. Pizza place up the street where we walked and had sandwiches was very good. We walked along the beach or hotel fronts every morning. Very safe area. Quiet hotel. Older property, but clean. Beautiful beach! Not too crowded. Short drive to South Beach to people watch and shop. Ocean drive had so many restaurants to choose from! Wireless internet free and accessible in the room, although we did have the signal fade sometimes. Cell phone service with Sprint was horrible in our room. We loved our trip and would go again! Took our leftovers back to the room and had them for lunch everyday. Beautiful weather.
This was a nice oceanfront condo with gorgeous views. The condo is in an old building and the hallways and apartment show some wear and tear but all in all the condo was pretty nice. My husband and I each wanted to have our own bed to relax in, but one of the beds had a really old (or cheap) saggy mattress, so we ended up fighting over the "good" bed. The door swelled while we were there and it would not shut. After a couple hours of calls/texts to the property manager a maintenence man got called. He showed up an hour later. The door issue was a fluke so others will likely not have this issue, but it was a bummer to us, as it was our last day there and we wanted to spend it relaxing at the pool and beach but instead wehad to sit waiting in the room with a door that wasn't able to close for 3 hours. The valet was a great treat and it was within walking distance to groceries and good restaurants. We had a really nice time at a perfect location with beautiful views!
