This luxury/executive 10th floor apartment is located in the heart of the Isla Verde beach, walking distance to the San Juan Hotel & Intercontinental Hotel. The apartment is very big with 660 square feet of space.Has a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a Queen Bed and LCD TV + Cable, another 36” LCD on Living area. Also a full bathroom, living & dinning area, balcony with ocean view and has full a/c Miele washer and dryer are also on kitchen. The living-dining is huge with glass doors overlooking the balcony with the most incredible beach view. The apartment also offers underground parking. The condominium has, private Gym, a nice swimming pool, and tennis court. There are restaurants, 5 star hotels, casinos, pharmacies, shopping all within an area of 1 to 4 miles. There is public transportation like buses, taxis, or you can even walk to many of these locations.

our time at the beach

we stayed here for one week. the owner was very pleasant and helpful. the condo was great. we enjoyed having the one bedroom, kitchen and balcony and the included parking space. you would not need a car here, however, for there is everything you needed within walking distance. the beach and pool were great. the view is wonderful, and going to sleep with the sound of waves is always relaxing. this is a very safe and secure rental location. we would return here with no hesitation.
