2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 6

Our smoke free condo has been recently updated with new tile flooring, new tile countertops in the kitchen and new appliances. It has been freshly painted, has new carpet, beds and looks like a new unit.

The unit has two queen size bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the den. The complex has two large pools and the pool deck area has new furniture.

The condo has 4 barbeque grills just outside of the pool area. The laundry room is next door, if you need to wash some clothes

A great vacation value. An inexpensive way to enjoy the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast.

We are located within a mile of Waterville USA water park, The Hang Out and Alvins Island. The condo has beach access and is located 100 yards across the street. The Tanger Outlet is within 10 miles and there is plenty of shopping, souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance. Pier 33 grocery store is next door to the complex.

We had an awesome vacation in Gulf Shores!!!!!!!!! Our condo was in a great location to the beach, shops and restaurants! The owner was very helpful, before our arrival, answering questions thru phone calls and emails and we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by him personally upon our arrival! The condo was definitely priced right and was everything we were looking for, expecting and needed. There was a fully stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs and the laundry room is RIGHT next door so it is very convenient. We will visit Gulf Shores again and plan to stay at this condo!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Came here for the week of the 4th of July. Completely impressed with this condo. It is in a great location with easy access to the beach. Super clean and nice on the inside. All the emenities you could ask for. Would definitely come back to this one again. Can not ask for a better deal for the price.

My husband and two year old vacationed for a week in this condo recently. The condo was clean, there was plenty of room for us, and the kitchen had everything we needed for nights we stayed in. The owners were very nice and accomodating, too. We hope to be able to stay again!

We had a great time on our stay. The room was nice, clean, and it was just a short walk across the street to the beach. We would definitely stay there again. Only bad thing about our trip was it wasn't long enough.

I was a bit skeptical at first about this property due to the fact that there aren't a lot of pictures. I must say, it was fabulous! We have 3 children under 10, and had a blast. The condo was very clean, plenty of room and the beds are comfy. You can walk across the street to the beach and they have 2 nice pools on the property. The owner is very nice as well. We will come back again.
