Villa, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Luxury golf villa in Torreon Community in the White Mountains awaits your arrival. Use of private golf membership for Torreon's 36-hole course for a family (husband/wife and children under the age of 23) available with your stay during golf season. Torreon membership transfer fee of $50 to use golf, pool, children's recreation center and fitness center required. Cart fees of $20.00 not included. Additional golfers pay guest fees. Fine dining and casual dining located in the clubhouse.

The golf villa was built in September 2006 and is available year round. The clubhouse, equestrian center, catch and release fishing pond, sports courts, 2-hole par 3 kids course fun center(arcade games, xbox, movie room, pool table, ping pong located inside kids clubhouse) and playground are all within walking distance. Lots of fun things to do here for children! Community pool available from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day. Clubhouse also has Spa for massages and facials. Snow skiing available in the winter months when weather permits at Ski Sunrise, less than an hour away. Two day minimum stay required; can rent weekly or monthly. Cleaning fee of $80 required. Refundable security deposit fee of $250 required to reserve home. Small dogs upon owner approval and additional $100.00 deposit.

Pinetop and Lakeside are cities nearby with additional attractions. A Safeway grocery store is located 2 miles from villa (with a Starbucks inside).

About The Owner

We live in Chandler, AZ. We have a house in Torreon not far from the villa, which we stay in during the summer months. The Villa is avaliable year round.

Why The Owner chose Show Low

We came on a family vacation 4 years ago to escape the heat and fell in love with Showlow and especially Torreon because of all it has to offer families, skiers, golfers etc.

What makes this villa unique

The clubhouse and kids recreation center is a short 6 minute walk from the villa. There are walking and biking paths in Torreon.

The rental villa was extremely comfortable/very well appointed & equipped, and we had an excellent stay. The owners were concerned that we checked in without problems, and their concern and accessibility gave us confidence that we had made a good choice. We would not hesitate to stay there again. We had a very nice stay in this golf villa. It was very clean. Bedding/towels was soft and clean. Villa was fully stocked with cooking supplies (pots, pans, etc.). Lots to do in Torreon. We went fishing, golfing, did yoga and horseback riding. Restaurant at golf club has good food and reasonable. Only thing to complain about is that the community is not keeping up the family center. Starting to show wear. They should invest to fix it up a bit.

Our first trip to Show Low, AZ and Torreon couldn't have been better. In large part, because of our accomodations. The property is terrific-newer construction, exceptionally decorated with first class furnishings. The unit backs up to an open area which provides lots of privecy. The property is super clean and well maintined and less than 1 mile (an easy walk) to the Torreon Golf Club. Internet worked perfectly as did multiple hi-definition TV's. The owners presented the property accuractly. You can't miss with this property.

We'd recommend this property to anyone looking to spend quality time in the White Mountains of Arizona.
