Located within the exclusive Westerhall Point community Orchard Bay Villa is set on the waterfront with an acre of tropically landscaped gardens, featuring a variety of fruit trees such as 5 different species of Mango including Julie and Cilon, Orange, Grapefruit, Lime, Swivel Orange, Grafted Orange, Plum, Dunks, Cherry, Sea Grapes, Wax Apple, Sugar Apple, Golden Apple, Sapodilla, Tamarind, Banana, Papaya and Aloe. There is also a private jetty onto a calm bay.

The main house, which was recently renovated, features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper level and is perfect for a family. The Master bedroom is ensuite and features a large Jacuzzi with a view of the bay. Bedroom 4 is an ensuite guest cottage separate from the main house. It is accessed via a covered bridge over the garden; this provides privacy with all the amenities of the main house at stones throw away. The guest cottage features a private balcony with a view of the garden and the bay and a full bathroom. All bedrooms except for the ensuite guest cottage are air conditioned with celing fans.

The great room (recently renovated) is on the lower level and features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, which all lead out onto the patio and pool deck. There is a full bathroom off the pool deck. The family room is on the upper level of the house and features a state of the art home theater system.

This property truly captures the essence of Caribbean living with its casual décor, large patio, salt water pool and spacious grounds along the waterfront. It is truly an idyllic retreat from the stress of busy lives.

The villa can be rented as self catering or full service with a cook, house keeper and concierge service. We tailor your stay to suite your needs. Additional charges may apply based on specific requirements.

Rental Rates for this vacation villa rental in Saint David District, Grenada

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Rental charges – stays of more than 7 nights are pro rata to the weekly rate.

    1 May - 30 November - Minimum stay of 4 nights required
    1-2 guests (1 bedroom) US $2,250 per week
    3-4 guests (2 bedrooms) US $2,750 per week
    5-6 guests (3 bedrooms) US $3,250 per week
    7-8 guests (4 bedrooms) US $3,750 per week

    1 December - 30 April - Minimum stay of 7 nights required
    1-2 guests (1 bedroom) US $3,000 per week
    3-4 guests (2 bedrooms) US $3,750 per week
    5-6 guests (3 bedrooms US $4,500 per week
    7-8 guests (4 bedrooms) US $5,200 per week


    Holiday rate: 20 Dec to 10 Jan US$6000 up to 8 guests

    Rates include maid and laundry services, normally five days a week, without any additional service charge, but staff gratuities are welcomed at guests’ discretion. Babysitting is available at nominal additional cost, paid directly to the housekeeper. Initial provisioning is available and charged at cost.
  • A 25% deposit will secure your reservation and is non-returnable in the event of cancellation within 16 weeks prior to your booking, unless a direct replacement booking is found. The balance is payable 35 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

    Payment can be made by USD bank draft or certified cheque payable to the owner or by direct wire transfer to the owner’s bank account. Additional fees may apply depending on method of payment.

    In the event of an owner cancelling a definite booking (whether it is a verbal confirmation or one where a deposit was received), the owner will be responsible for all expenses incurred in relocating the booking to a comparable, or better, accommodation.

We stayed for one week in February 2013. Our stay at Orchard Bay Villa was exceptional. The house is in perfect condition. The picture do not do it justice. I had many concerns because I was traveling with my 2 year old. Francine was always professional and answered my emails promptly. Saran is the housekeeper, and she is amazing!! Our beds were made everyday. As well as laundry done. She keeps the house in perfect order and treated our kids like family. Our Families LOVED Orchard Bay villa and we would come back!!!!

Amazing Villa..Amazing People!

We stayed at Orchard Bay for a week in January, and were a group of two couples and three children under the age of 5. Prior to our arrival Francine was very promp and accomadating to any special requests that we made, making traveling with children that much easier! The villa is more than could ever be described in photos or words. Upon our arrival at 6 AM, Francine and Fiona promptly picked us up at the airport and transported us to our private paradise for the week. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by Saran, our houskeeper, who was as sweet as could be! Upon walking through the front doors of the villa your breath is taken away by the beautiful home as well as views and we were even greeted by a beautiful rainbow over the bay! The home is well appointed, the pool clean and beautiful, and we were provided with fresh fruits from the trees on the property throughout our stay. Saran was so wonderful, and was there every morning with a warm hello and was a wealth of information about the island, places to go and things to do..best of all the children loved her! The home was perfectly secluded in a gated community, yet so close to wonderful beaches and markets. It was wonderful to go to the beaches during the day and return to our beautiful home to relax by the pool in the afternoons! We could not have asked for more and will definately plan to return!
