Situated on the WESTSIDE of KEUKA LAKE between Branchport & Hammondsport, this newly renovated custom 4BR lakeside home is right on the water’s edge and boasts breathtaking views of the lake & bluff from every room any season, enhanced by a huge wraparound covered PORCH, DECK off the level parking area, grassy yard, huge L-shaped permanent DOCK (great for sunning, fishing OR mooring your boat!). Virtually everything in this comfortable home is new and has been tastefully done. Enjoy a beautiful 100+ feet of shale gradual entry beach all situated in a great protected cover, it is perfect for kids and adults alike. A great perk in this area is the driveway extending from roadside into a nice parking area adjoining dwelling and lakeside, no steps to negotiate and plenty of room for 4 cars. Simply drive right up to the back door and begin to enjoy your stay.

Master bedroom downstairs is equipped with a washer and dryer and a queen bed. The “Cooks” kitchen complete with beautiful Maple cabinetry and granite counter tops will allow you to cook up the “catch” of the day or just allow for some great appetizers to be prepared. Enjoy your meal on the huge covered porch which will definitely allow you to unwind and forget about your worries. If you don’t feel like being in the kitchen take a short two minute walk to Lakeside Restaurant and allow them to do the cooking for you.
This home is complete with wood flooring throughout and ceiling fans in almost every room. The family room allows you to relax while looking out over the beautiful scenes of Keuka. Just off the family room you will enjoy the very nicely appointed bathroom complete with “rainfall” shower. Upstairs you will find a large pass through bedroom with sitting area (a nice place for the kids to unwind) along with two additional bedrooms all with stunning lake and bluff views.
Perhaps you would enjoy a game of Bocce ball or Horseshoes in the yard and at night you can relax beside the large stone fire pit and tell some stories or roast marshmallows. Go fishing from the huge dock or take the kayak out for a peaceful ride, there is no bad way to enjoy Keuka!
Enjoy the moonlight dancing across the water and perks of lakeside OR venture out to renowned Finger Lakes winery trails, quaint villages, restaurants, (by car or boat), marinas, tourist attractions & conveniences.
Wine making and aviation has shaped the region and endless vistas unfold from the vine clad hills. Over a dozen award winning wineries (and 1 micro brewery) offer samplings of their handcrafted wines and champagnes. Venture out on your own, following the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, or book a wine tour and leave the driving to a pro so you can enjoy the sampling and the views.
From casual to gourmet, hotdogs to upscale cuisine, dining by land or water, you will not have to travel far to find a memorable meal. As a matter of fact, you are within a two minute walk to the Lakeside Restaurant and a fully stocked marina.
Quaint shops in the Village of Hammondsport offer souvenirs, gifts, and fine arts. Take the road less traveled and go shopping for that perfect antique.
There is always something happening at Keuka Lake. Scheduled events range from arts and crafts shows, wine and food extravaganzas to live music and aviation shows.
