Lake Barkley - Private Cabin with 2 BR/1b, Sleeps 6

We were so pleased to settle into such a lovely getaway. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The home was just lovely and so well decorated. We enjoyed the movie selection and each having our own sofa and cozy throw blanket. The deck was lovely and we enjoyed listening to the birds and enjoying the solitude.
We cooked most of our meals, and although the cooking area is quite small it was just fine, and we appreciated having a dishwasher, ice maker, and all the nice glassware and dishes.
We really appreciated that Craig and his wife love this home and it shows in all the beautiful fabrics and silk flower arrangements that just give it a warmth and comfort that is special. It was also very nice to have all the little extras taken care of...plastic wrap, paper towels, and napkins, toiletries, laundry soap, etc...We didn't have to worry about all the little things one needs, but may have forgotten to pack. Thank you for such a relaxing stay at your wonderful cabin near the lake.

Craig was so easy to work with; all questions were answered so quickly and they where helpful. He had a great cabin and it was all clean. We had a really nice weekend, thank you.

Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy our time in Kentucky by having such a beautiful place to call home while there. We stayed 4 days and we enjoyed every minute. There were 4 adults and we had room for a few more. The accomodations were great and the owner was great to work with. We will definitely return when we are back down that way.
