You will love this spacious, two bedroom, two bath, dream condo in this quiet gated community of Pavilion Palms. Located in a 30 unit, 2 story plantation style complex on Scenic Gulf Coast Drive (old 98) in the exquisite Miramar Beach/Frangista area.. Pavilion Palms has a gated entrance, a two-car garage equipped with everything you'll need for the beach, and a huge balcony overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf and the unprecedented white beach coast. The Destin Dream Condo at Pavilion Palms has ten foot ceilings, 1300 square feet of luxurious living, fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home. For your convenience there is a full size washer and dryer in the large laundry room. There is a private grill in the garage. The bedrooms boast HD Flat Screen TVS/DVD/VCRs. The kitchen has an undercounter multiple CD player, undercounter lights, all the equipment imaginable, and more. The seasonally heated pool can be viewed from the beautiful balcony.

Bright blue, yellow, and white furnishings are Southern Living at its best newly decorated in 2008. Sleeps six (one king, one queen, and queen-size sofa sleeper) All of this within minutes of the gorgeous new village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin and minutes from the lovely new Destin Commons Mall/Theatres with tons of restaurants, nightlife, shopping and just two miles to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. About The Owner

My husband and I are Methodist Clergy. I am a therapist with the North Georgia Family Counseling Center. I specialize in grief and loss counseling...marital issues, divorce, losses of any kind. My husband has a syndicated radio boardcast called Methodist Hour International and is Pastor Emeritus of Birmingham United Methodist Church. .

Why The Owner chose Pavilion Palms

It is the most beautiful spot in Destin. The Mirarmar Beach is pristine with emerald waters. There is a new boardwalk right at our condo and boasts a wide beautiful beach area. We think this beach is the most beautiful in Florida and we have seen almost all areas of Florida.

What makes this condo unique

We have games .... Scrabble, Monophy, etc. and many movies. The TV viewing is superb. New large flat screen TVS and DVD players in every room....3 sets. Bedroom TV's are 32" and living room is 47". The balcony is so large that you can dine there. The proximity to good snorkeling, waverunning, beach walking, sunset watching, dining in so many restaurants, bike paths in front, etc. make this ONE OUTSTANDING CONDO.

This condo was absolutely charming -- should be pictured in House Beautiful. We stayed at the condo for a very special anniversary celebration with our adult children. We could not have asked for more; there was a fully-equipped kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella, grill, new washing machine and dryer. Everything was so close - stores, restaurants and golf courses. We loved every minute and it was such a treat to meet the owners. We definitely will be going back to Destin and to Pavilion Palms.

This was our family's first "real" vacation. It was PERFECT!! The condo was exactly as described and pictured; clean, comfortable, and cozy. The property was just as wonderful. Well maintained and quiet. I honestly just can't say enough. Judy was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and also prompt in answering other questions I had as well. I would definately recommend this condo to others and already have raved about it to my family and friends. We will most definately be visiting again! Thanks John & Judy for allowing us to stay in your condo and make wonderful memories with our children!

I have been going to Destin, Florida for 27 years now for family vacations and this condo is by far the greatest place we have ever stayed. The online pictures are beautiful but still do not do justice to the actual condo. The decor is absolutely breathtaking and the view of the beach from the balcony is so calming and peaceful. My daughters are 15 and 12 and even they are ready to plan for next years vacation to this lovely place. Everything you need away from home is readily available and the distance to the beach is excellent. RIGHT ACROSS THE ROAD!!!! It doesnt get much better. The condo is in close proximity to many fabulous restaurants, shopping outlets, and pretty much anything you want to do. This condo gets the highest rating I could give. We love it and will definitely be back next year!!!
