Overview

Frisco Townhome Rental Photos and Description

Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + loft bed, 3 Baths, Sleeps 8

This LUXURY old-town/downtown Frisco duplex is warm and open with vaulted ceilings, great views, and lots of southern exposure. 2 block walk to free shuttle to all four Summit County ski areas (Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Copper, Keystone). Hot tub. Centered between six great ski areas.

We're a little pricer than some becuase you won't see anything this nice with these ammenities anywhere else.

Located one block off of Main Street with all the great Frisco shopping, restaurants, and bars. Two minute walk to Bagali's, the Boat Yard, 5th Avenue Grille, Oar House, and the Moose Jaw to name a few. Great views from large windows on three sides and decks off the north and sunny south end of the house - Mt. Royal, the Ten Mile Range, the Continental Divide, Wichita Peak, Buffalo Mountain. Ten Mile Creek and its Recreation Path are only ½ a block from the front door.

About Sama Blackwell, Assistant to the owner, Gordon Reinert

This property is normally not a rental. It's my personal ski retreat. Due to knee problems I can't ski as much as usual so you can enjoy my newly remodeled condo.

Sama Blackwell, Assistant to the owner, Gordon Reinert purchased this townhome in 2001

Why Sama Blackwell, Assistant to the owner, Gordon Reinert chose Frisco

Downtown Frisco is fantastic, charming, and fun. It's nestled between all of Colorado's central ski areas. You're not tied to one area. Wake up in the morning, check the snow report, and grab the free ski shuttle or take a short drive to the POW!

What makes this townhome unique

Walk everywhere. Stroll a couple of blocks to all the great shops, restaurans, and bars on beautiful historic Main Street. You don't enven need a car. Door to door shuttle from the Denver airport and free ski shuttles are only a couple of blocks away. Walk everywhere else. Frisco offers everything you could want from a ski town!

Perfect getaway home!

  • 5 of 5

I absolutely love this property. It had everything you could want. It was very clean and spacious. Felt like I was in my own home and hope to be able to rent it in the fall. Love that we could walk everywhere and not worry about a thing. The ONLY thing I wish they had was a full length mirror.

Incredible Vacation!

  • 5 of 5

Everything about this home is comfortable and accommodating. Upon arrival, we knew exactly what to expect because of the email instructions. The bedrooms are large, the beds soft, and plenty of storage for our personal items. The kitchen and living area is very large and can accommodate guests without intruding your private space downstairs. The hot tub is a very welcome comfort after a day of walking or skiing. The home is newly updated in all respects. The location is second to none. We walked to dinner every night, we walked to the free shuttle to Copper Mountain, and there's a nice park we took the kids to across a bridge just a few minutes north of the home. We will certainly try to stay here again for our next trip and highly recommend it to others.

Nothing bad to say about the place. Hot tub was amazing, all the beds were comfortable. Room for plenty of people. Throughly enjoyed every part of my stay. 5 minute drive to Copper Mt is a huge plus!

Central location, wonderful stay!

  • 5 of 5

We were a group of friends from Chicago staying in the house over President's Day weekend. The communication before the stay was very thorough and prompt - I felt very comfortable that everything in the house would be clean, working, and true to the listing before we arrived, and it was! The location is just a few blocks from everything in Frisco. If you don't want to drive, you definitely don't have to. There are convenient free shuttles to all the nearby mountains for skiing and there are many bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. I especially appreciated the close proximity to Rebel sports for ski equipment rental and the cute yoga place I found on Main Street - Elevated Yoga. If you do drive, Copper Mountain is 15 minutes away. Breckenridge is 20 minutes. Vail is 40-45. Highly recommend!

Great House, Great Location

  • 5 of 5

This was a great property with easy access to a number of different resorts. We stayed here with a large group with no issues and all enjoyed the condo and surrounding area. The condo itself is in great shape and has everything you could ask for. Highway access to get to and from the mountains is easy, while being within walking distance of several good bars and restaurants. The rental process was easy and we would love to stay here again. Thanks!

Great Accommodation

  • 5 of 5

My family came from three states to have our holiday get-together in Frisco. I made the reservation and communication with the property manager was prompt and pleasant and she was very helpful. We had a group of five adults (30+ and 60+ in age) and we all enjoyed the condo, the location, and the area. The condo has comfortable furniture, is nicely decorated and updated, and includes a well stocked kitchen with nice appliances. Everything we needed was included and we would definitely stay here again. With the living/common areas on the upper level and the bedrooms on the lower level, there was enough privacy, when desired, for all. Plus, the neighborhood is quiet and just one block off Main Street. We walked whenever we wanted to go to a restaurant or window shop, and to catch the buses to the ski hills. The free bus service to the ski areas is great and runs very close to scheduled times. We utilized the stop at Sixth and Main to get to Breckenridge and the stop near First and Main to get to Copper. The buses are heated and saved us maneuvering the mountain roads when it was snowing and also saved us having to deal with parking. We used our car to get to the grocery store a couple of times, otherwise the car stayed in the garage. All in all, it was a great trip to the mountains and I highly recommend this rental. Just one note, the condo is on two levels so anyone with knee trouble or other medical condition that would have trouble with stairs should the stairs into consideration. I only mention it because my husband had knee surgery four months ago (is fine now) and we are now very aware of how surgery like that can have an effect on one's mobility.
