Overview

Frisco Townhome Rental Photos and Description

Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + Loft bed & Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, Sleep 7-10 comfy

This LUXURY old-town/downtown Frisco duplex is warm and open with vaulted ceilings, great views, and lots of southern exposure. 2 block walk to free shuttle to all four Summit County ski areas (Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Copper, Keystone). Hot tub. Centered between six great ski areas.

We're a little pricer than some becuase you won't see anything this nice with these ammenities anywhere else.

Located one block off of Main Street with all the great Frisco shopping, restaurants, and bars. About Sama Blackwell, Assistant to the owner, Gordon Reinert

This property is normally not a rental. It's my personal ski retreat. Due to knee problems I can't ski as much as usual so you can enjoy my newly remodeled condo.

Sama Blackwell, Assistant to the owner, Gordon Reinert purchased this townhome in 2001

Why Sama Blackwell, Assistant to the owner, Gordon Reinert chose Frisco

Downtown Frisco is fantastic, charming, and fun. It's nestled between all of Colorado's central ski areas. You're not tied to one area. Wake up in the morning, check the snow report, and grab the free ski shuttle or take a short drive to the POW!

What makes this townhome unique

Walk everywhere. Stroll a couple of blocks to all the great shops, restaurans, and bars on beautiful historic Main Street. You don't enven need a car. Door to door shuttle from the Denver airport and free ski shuttles are only a couple of blocks away. Walk everywhere else. Frisco offers everything you could want from a ski town!

Central location, wonderful stay!

  • 5 of 5

We were a group of friends from Chicago staying in the house over President's Day weekend. The communication before the stay was very thorough and prompt - I felt very comfortable that everything in the house would be clean, working, and true to the listing before we arrived, and it was! The location is just a few blocks from everything in Frisco. If you don't want to drive, you definitely don't have to. There are convenient free shuttles to all the nearby mountains for skiing and there are many bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. I especially appreciated the close proximity to Rebel sports for ski equipment rental and the cute yoga place I found on Main Street - Elevated Yoga. If you do drive, Copper Mountain is 15 minutes away. Breckenridge is 20 minutes. Vail is 40-45. Highly recommend!

Great House, Great Location

  • 5 of 5

This was a great property with easy access to a number of different resorts. We stayed here with a large group with no issues and all enjoyed the condo and surrounding area. The condo itself is in great shape and has everything you could ask for. Highway access to get to and from the mountains is easy, while being within walking distance of several good bars and restaurants. The rental process was easy and we would love to stay here again. Thanks!

Great Accommodation

  • 5 of 5

My family came from three states to have our holiday get-together in Frisco. I made the reservation and communication with the property manager was prompt and pleasant and she was very helpful. We had a group of five adults (30+ and 60+ in age) and we all enjoyed the condo, the location, and the area. The condo has comfortable furniture, is nicely decorated and updated, and includes a well stocked kitchen with nice appliances. Everything we needed was included and we would definitely stay here again. With the living/common areas on the upper level and the bedrooms on the lower level, there was enough privacy, when desired, for all. Plus, the neighborhood is quiet and just one block off Main Street. We walked whenever we wanted to go to a restaurant or window shop, and to catch the buses to the ski hills. The free bus service to the ski areas is great and runs very close to scheduled times. We utilized the stop at Sixth and Main to get to Breckenridge and the stop near First and Main to get to Copper. The buses are heated and saved us maneuvering the mountain roads when it was snowing and also saved us having to deal with parking. We used our car to get to the grocery store a couple of times, otherwise the car stayed in the garage. All in all, it was a great trip to the mountains and I highly recommend this rental. Just one note, the condo is on two levels so anyone with knee trouble or other medical condition that would have trouble with stairs should the stairs into consideration. I only mention it because my husband had knee surgery four months ago (is fine now) and we are now very aware of how surgery like that can have an effect on one's mobility.

Great Rental

  • 5 of 5

This property was great in all aspects: tastefully decorated, spacious, comfortable beds and sofas, nice large screen TV with movies and gaming, etc. All amenities are here: fully stocked kitchen for cooking, boot driers, hot tub right outside the master bedroom door, and a garage. I loved that everything was labeled and easy to find. We stayed with our 3 adult children and all were totally happy. The rental manager was easy to contact and efficiently answered questions as needed during our stay. The only thing we might have used if available would have been a few table games/cards. Loved our stay!

Best Vacation Option in Frisco

  • 5 of 5

This property is by far the best place I've stayed at in Frisco. My wife and I stayed for a week in the property over new years with two other couples and their small children. We had a great time, and that was in part due to this house.

Frisco isn't a hard town to get around, but location still matters, and the only time we jumped in the car was when we were heading out of town or going to the supermarket. Being able to park in the garage is a rarity with vacation rentals, and was very nice given the snowfall we received while there. There was amble outside parking as well. The house is well organized and equipped, particularly for a lot of people partaking in snowy activities day after day: the mud room and the dryer room made gear management quick and easy.

The house has been recently renovated with high-end touches and it shows. Having three full bathrooms (one upstairs, two downstairs) is great for a large contingent and pretty much ensured no waiting for a shower in the morning. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost everything you could need. There are great views from the upstairs living area, and the hot tub was a treat almost every night.

The manager was incredibly responsive and obviously wanted to make us feel welcome and at home. Before arrival, one of the couples going with us wanted to know if they had a toddler's pack and play at the house, so they didn't need to pack one for their kid. They didn't, but the manager and the owner decided to order one, and it was at the house before we arrived. This attention to detail and hospitality can be rare with vacation rentals, and it's highly appreciated.

Is Even More Fabulous In Person

  • of 5

This property was even more fabulous in person than it looked in the pictures. The lighting, windows, space, fixtures... it was all very nice. The owner has taken the time to make informative labels so that switches aren't a mystery. It was great to have a well-stocked kitchen with spices, pans, etc- everything we needed to fix our meals. We had 11 people stay here and everyone commented on how much they liked it. We would love to stay here again sometime. Thanks for providing us with a great place to spend a weekend.
