Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I moved to Longmont, Colorado in 1982. I have always loved the mountains & remember driving along I-70 & noticing the little town of Frisco. Riding my bike through Frisco in 2000, I knew I had to own property here. I purchased my first condo in Frisco in 2004 (VRBO #39207). I love the serenity & the convenience of all that Main Street has to offer and the close proximity of the Recpath for bike riding & access to hiking. Lake Dillon is just a short walk too. Frisco has continued to offer more & more summer activities, most of which take place right outside my door. Ski areas & other shopping are easy to access via the Summit Stage. I hope you will enjoy my 'Home Away From Home' as much as I do. I am a licensed Realtor(R) in the State of Colorado.
Alyson Canepa purchased this condo in 2004
We stayed at this property for 4 nights. It is a really comfortable condo with everything you need to prepare all meals but we ate out every night. There is a huge variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. We did not have a car, which is a new experience. At this location, you do not need a car. There is a bus stop for the Copper ski bus one block away. All buses are free. You can also take a bus to safeway and walmart which are about 5 minutes away.
Bathrooms have heated tile which is nice. Everything is clean and new including appliances. There also is a really nice hot tub on property. We highly recommend this condo!
Have stayed here several times, and plan to do so again! Condo is well outfitted. Great spot to base a skiing trip. Restaurants in Frisco are awesome, and the quaint atmosphere is a plus. We have stayed in the Studio and the one bedroom condo that Alyson has and we love the nearly private hot tub, as we rarely see anyone else in it!
We wanted to find a place for a night so that we could ski for two days at nearby Copper. The location was perfect for quick access to the mountain. The space was perfect for two adults and two children. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't cook in the kitchen. The only drawback was that the hot tub is shared among several condos in the same building. We never had a chance to use it, since a large party had just gotten in when we arrived. If you are staying on a busy weekend, don't expect the hot tub to be available on demand.
The condo is well-equipped and very comfortable. The location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much!
My husband, toddler son and I had a great time staying in this condo for an extended weekend. The balcony views are perfect, the accommodations are wonderful. Such an easy walk to everything on main street and to the marina. Great time!
Walk to Frisco Marina on Lake Dillon & Summit County Bike Paths, A short drive to the Outlet Stores in Silverthorne or take the free Summit Stage.
