The house is built in a in a rural style, kept in massive architecture with wood casing and colourful façade design. The apartment is on the 1st floor. There is a balcony in west direction with view at the Alp ranges and the surrounding gardens. The furniture, also in rural style, provides a comfortable living atmosphere. There is a Danish fireplace, TV with digital reception, spinal disk mattresses, allergy beds and a kitchen unit that is completely furnished. Towels and bed linen are inclusive. There is also central heating, WW-solar unit, washing machine and drier on the ground floor. In front of the house you will find a barbecue area which has a beer table. This place is located in a natural surrounding.

House Oberland is located within the beautiful Chiemgau. With its central location it is ideal for leisure activities. Not far away you will find the biggest lake district and Bad Endorf has the strongest iodine thermal sole in Europe. There are magnificent and well-signposted bike/hiking paths
