In this 3 bedrooms configuration you have 3 real bedrooms with double beds but you can use the sofa/bed in the dining room as an extra bedroom. The sofa bed is comfortable for 1 adult or 2 kids.

One single extra bed is already installed in the largest bedroom.

2 queen size beds + 2 standard double beds

It is possible to install 2 single beds or 1 double bed in the dinning room. In that case you have 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and the Living room/ dining room is one room only.
