The house has an “electronic” smart system for entry (no keys necessary…codes change per tenant). Alarm System can be programmed specifically for you if you wish to utilize it. Outside, you can enjoy the professionally landscaped yard off the entrance porch. Other features include an enclosed exterior shower and a one car garage. The house features 3-zone air conditioning and heat. All bedrooms and kitchen have i-Home / i-Pod players for your musical enjoyment.

The third floor features an extraordinary master bedroom suite with large windows, king size bed, tray ceilings, large Plasma TV with Blu-Ray DVD and surround sound, master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and vertical 6 head shower spa. The Master Bedroom sitting area also features a full size sleeper sofa and a desk / office area. There is a second bedroom with a trundle bed featuring 2 twin size mattresses on this floor that has direct access to the bathroom as well. The third floor also features front and rear decks with ocean views!!!
Brigantine Beach is the perfect family vacation spot. Adults have the Linx Golf Club for morning golf, the family can play and swim at the expansive and uncrowded beach all day, walk 2 blocks to the brand new Brigantine Community Center and Park which features, tennis, mini-golf, skate park, 2 street hockey rinks, baseball and football fields, basketball and even Boce!!! Beach Volleyball Courts are within walking distance. Atlantic City is a 5 minute ride for all the night life entertainment available.
