Our home consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and sleeps 6 guests. All rooms are on a single level.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed and SmartTV (pack and play and high chair are in the closet)

*Large Front Porch for morning and night relaxation with your favorite book and beverage
*Grassy backyard

𝙋𝙀𝙏𝙎:
We are pet friendly with up to 2 dogs. Please note that there is a $100 per pet fee. Yard is fenced in but NOT suitable for smaller pets to be left unattended. We ask that you please clean up after your pets.
Don’t forget to add them to your booking reservation. One pet can be added to your reservation and an additional fee request will be sent for the second pet after booking.

𝙁𝙇𝙀𝙓𝙄𝘽𝙇𝙀 𝘾𝙃𝙀𝘾𝙆 𝙄𝙉 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙊𝙐𝙏:
Interested in checking in early or checking out later? Inquire through the messaging app to see if this is a possibility.
Early Check in fee is $50 for day of check in at 12:00pm.
Late check out fee is $50 for check out at 2:00pm.
Guest access
All areas are accessible for guest use except for the basement and backyard shed.
Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking, Vaping or Recreational Drugs
NO PARTIES-only registered guests allowed
Quiet Hours 10:00pm-7:00am
Do not use white towels, sheets or pillowcases to clean up makeup.
Make-up towels are provided.
No candles or open flames(inside or outside)
Any violation of these rules will result in cancellation or additional charges per the AirNnB policy.

OTHER INFORMATION:
*Home is sanitized and cleaned following Covid-19 and CDC guidelines
*Keyless Entry
*There are NO cameras or recording devices in the home for your privacy.
*There is street parking in front of the house. Parking is available in the back of the house upon request.
* Please note that there is NO PARKING on Tuesdays from 7:30am-3:30pm for street sweeping. You will be cited at your own expense.
*Our gardener comes on Fridays.
*Trash Pick up is on Fridays
