House, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 10-12)

Paradise Point describes it all! You won't believe the view from the deck or the view from the three stories of windows overlooking the main channel. Features include a large master suite with a view of the water, King bed and private bath. Upper level also accommodates the Futon in the loft area. The main level features the kitchen, dining area, large living room with cathedral ceilings, three stories of windows, half bath and laundry room. The lower level features three bedrooms (two with a view of the lake) and a full bathroom. Home sits high above the lake to offer a spectacular view but exit the lower level and it's just a short walk down to the private dock. Covered dock features two large slips with hoists, PWC slip and swim platform. Home is located just 30 minutes from restaurants, attractions, 110 store outlet mall and more!

This house is perfectly located. We wanted a place with easy drive distance to shopping and marinas and yet avoids a lot of the lake traffic around Osage Beach. This house did not disappoint. The views are amazing. There are 34 stairs to the dock but my 78yr old mother managed them fine. The boat dock is beautiful. Everything was in great shape. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The temps outside were high 90's and we were never hot.. The Gravios Arm of the lake is not far and we found an area for tubing and boating. Their are places very close to rent a boat. The process to rent was effortless and emails were always responded to quickly. We had an after hours number to call with any questions or concerns (which we had none).. Would recommend this house and hope to be back.
