It is located in the gated community Virgin Grand Estates of of the most premier neighborhoods on St john. It over looks St thomas and sunsets if your lucky you might see the green flash while staying in this villa. It boasts a large private pool patio. Just minutes to the beaches,shopping and restaurants this is a Villa you can't afford not to try.

Another day in paradise!

My husband & I just returned from a week & highly recommend Villa Fabbio. The villa is beautiful - awesome views, deck with sun & shade, great chairs & lounges for sunning, lounging & star gazing! We enjoyed the location immensely. Just 12 minutes into the center of Cruz bay and 25 into Coral Bay makes the location to all the great beaches and restaurants ideal. Peter met us at the rental car and led us to the villa so we were sure to know the way. It was a perfect vacation in paradise!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

My wife and I have been going to St. John for 10 years now. We always like to stay in a new villa each time, the past 2 years we have rented both of Peter's villa's in Virgin Grand estates. His homes are appointed very nicely, are accurately depicted in the pictures and overall an excellent experience. We will most definately stay with him again. Peter has been a local for over 15 years and always goes out of his way to help us when the need has arised. For a first rate stay I would absolutely recommend either Villa Fabbio or Villa Andrea.

Amazing Vacation Home!

My Husband and I are usually skeptical to taking vacations. We both never have the time and work is always keeping us from fully enjoying ourselves. My husband and I and our close friends finally took the plunge into taking a "real" vacation, I wish we had known about this location sooner! Waking up to beautiful sunrises, days filled with fun and excitement at every turn and sunsets that we do not get in Vermont! The whole experience took my breathe away. The house was in the perfect location accessible to all that the island has to offer. The setup of the home was perfect and conducive to spending a week with your spouse or a whole family. I can not stress enough that I would recommend this to you if you are thinking about it, I have told all my friends about this and they are getting ready to book their vacation.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
