Good place to stay, but had a few issues with linens

While the rental was a good place to stay, we had issues with there not being clean linens on the bed when we arrived. It took a couple of tries to get clean linens. There needs to be extra linens for the beds in the rental unit. Also, the water was turned off in the building for a while, and we were not given any notice by the managers of the unit. We would also like to see a dead bolt lock on the door. The location was near a grocery store and public transportation which was nice! Top Hut Donuts was great and just one block away. It's about a $10.00 cab ride to most destinations downtown.

Owner's Response: Ryan,
Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are very sorry about the water shut off. There was construction going on in an adjacent unit and in an emergency situation, the contractor had to turn off the water for few minutes without without notice. In a normal circumstance, residents would be given at least 24 hours' notice for any shut off.
As far as the linens on the bed, we use only high thread count all white Egyptian cotton sheets and duvet covers. I believe we are the one of the few (if not the only) short term vacation rentals in Seattle that launders the duvet covers after every use. We also have the bed linens ironed. That said, we have instructed the cleaner to get rid of any sheets (no matter how clean) that have even the smallest mark on them. As I hope readers will be able to tell from our reviews, we are fanatics about cleanliness!
Thank you, again for your feedback. It was a pleasure to host you!
