Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 5-6)

Direct Oceanfront condominium (Extremely private condo location) Enjoy ocean front sunrises and intracoastal sunsets all from the convenience of our condominium. We are located on a pristine, white sand beach in northeast Florida (Crescent Beach, St. Augustine). (Windjammer Condominium Complex) September 2012 deals. Ask for Fall rate specials. Freshly painted, newly tiled and carpeted, new kitchen cabinets and stone counter tops. New oven/stove top and microwave. New furniture and electronics. Master bedroom has new king-size bed, second bedroom has two (2) twin beds and an extra trundle bed. The living room has a great sofa bed with upgraded mattress. With the sleeper, the condominium comfortably sleeps up to six (6). Great oceanfront balcony (private view) with new bar height furniture. (Now with wireless internet!)

There are three (3) televisions with DVD/VCR combinations to keep the kids happy after wearing themselves out at the beach and pool. Complex features on-site gated garage and deck parking, pool, tennis courts, property manager, and passenger elevator. We also have a privately owned fishing pier/dock directly on the intracoastal waterway. This is a great place to throw out a line or just sit and relax and catch the sunset or watch the boats cruise by.

We are a short drive to downtown Saint Augustine, Marineland, and Alligator Farm. Area attractions include World Golf Village, nation's oldest city, several ghost tours, surfing and many others. Disney and all related Orlando attraction are less than 2 hours. Convenient to Daytona and surrounding towns.

Why The Owner chose Crescent Beach

We chose the Crescent Beach area of St. Augustine because of the beach. The beach is with out a doubt the prettiest stretch on the ocean side of Florida. No high rise condominiums for miles and mostly private homes along the ocean. From the pier on St. Augustine Beach to the Matanzas Inlet you can ride your bikes at low tide for 8 miles or more. During the summer season the beach still has an uncrowded feel. Many times you may be the only ones on the beach!

My wife and I spent a wonderfull week here beginning May 12 ,2012 . The location is perfect , with the ocean in front and the intercoastal waterway in the back . You can catch the sunrise and sunset ! The unit is well stocked and updated . The owner was a pleasure to work with .

We came down for Biketoberfest. really enjoyed the rides into Daytona loved the condo. the views are
wonderful.the complex is quiet and peaceful can not wait to come back.

We stayed here for 9 days right after labor day. The weather was perfect, the condo met all our needs. It is private and quiet....and just like described. The pool was also nice. Nice sunsets over the waterway. Had dinner at matanzas inlet...very casual and yummy. I would recommend this condo for a nice getaway.
