The unit offers a private 5 person hot tub that is perfect for viewing the beautiful sunsets. After a full day of enjoying the numerous year-round mountain activities, relax in front of the fireplace in the spacious living room and sleep well in the comfort of luxury mattresses.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. No smoking and no pets. Maximum of two (2) vehicles are allowed to park in front of the unit.

  • One-time linen and cleaning fee of $65.00. 12.75% occupancy tax. Non-Refundable Security deposit waiver of $45.00. Holiday rates from 12/23/11 - 1/1/12 are offered as weekend night rates only; no weekly rates available during this time.

    Booking: a 50% deposit is required on all reservations, payable within ten
    days of booking in the form of a check or money order. The remainder 50% is
    payable on arrival with cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

    Cancellation: A reservation may be cancelled 45 days before scheduled
    arrival date and a refund provided minus a $25 cancellation fee (paid 45
    days after cancellation). If cancellation is requested within 45 days no
    refund will be provided unless the accommodation is rebooked for the same
    dates.

AMAZING VIEWS!

Not only did this place have amazing views, but it also had everything a vacationer would ever need...including a corkscrew (a necessity when my wife and I were drinking a glass of wine out on the beautiful covered balcony at sunset!)
The place was easy to find, new, cozy, and located nearby many attractions, including ski slopes and hiking trails.
Most importanlty, it was a relaxing getaway...a home away from home...
I would absolutely recommend this condo and can't wait to come back next year!

A MUST DO!

This Condo was a perfect choice and an excellent experience! We stayed here for two nights and didn't want to leave; such an enjoyable and relaxing time! It was VERY clean, fresh, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and accommodating. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new and very nice dishes/appliances… and the beds are sooo comfortable. We felt right at home! Above all, because of the unit's location itself, the view is absolutely amazing (especially from the hot tub!!!) The fireplace is easy to use and creates a lovely ambiance, in addition to warming up the place.

I would be remiss not to mention the owner; polite, professional, hospitable. It was easy to book with very prompt responses.

We wouldn't hesitate to rent here again. We can’t wait to visit soon!

PS Not far from restaurants or grocery store
