Situated between Rehoboth and Ocean City, some must-visit nearby attractions include Bethany Beach, the Millville Boardwalk, Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club, James Farm Ecological Preserve, Indian River Life-Saving Station Museum, Fenwick Island Lighthouse, fishing and boating adventures, shopping, and nature trails for hiking, biking, birdwatching, and picnicking.

As you step inside this charming home away from home, you will be greeted by a spacious layout with plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up home-cooked meals, while the sunny living room offers a fantastic spot to spread out comfortably with numerous sofas and a smart TV. Step outside onto the deck to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the beautiful pond and walking path this property backs up to. Fire up the gas grill for a delicious barbecue dinner, or simply unwind with a glass of wine after a refreshing time in one of the three community pools. This neighborhood offers a club house, gym, crab shack, pond for kayaking, tennis and pickleball courts, and most importantly a shuttle to and from the beach so you don’t have to worry about parking during the busy summer months.

After a day of exploring the nearby attractions or lounging on the beach, retreat to one of the comfortable bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. The main floor houses three bedrooms while the upper floor features a lofted rec area with a foosball table, smart TV, and a fourth bedroom. Additional perks include a laundry room with a washer/dryer, an outdoor shower, and beach gear (10 beach chairs, one beach umbrella, and a small cooler) to make your stay effortless.

Things to Know
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
For a $125 per rental period Rental Amenity Fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and two access fobs. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the use of the amenities by everyone over the age of four. There is a $100 replacement fee for each lost or unreturned rental fob and a $50 replacement fee for lost or unreturned wristbands. Guests must return the registration form to access amenities.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are two cameras on the outside of the home. One is located above the front door and the other is located on the back of the home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
