"Slow M'Ocean" is a dream vacation home with a separate guest house with a prime location in a quiet neighborhood, golf cart, large private pool, and chic design. Spend your days on the beach just minutes away or at our backyard oasis. Complete with two large balcony/ porches, a guest house, al fresca dining, sparkling pool, generous grilling and sitting area and outdoor shower. Step in and allow the cozy yet sophisticated themes make you feel right at home. Designed with you in mind, you will find our kitchen well stocked and ready to go. Generous counter space, ample lighting and all of the necessary cooking and eating utensils are just a few of the features. Gather around our dining room table which comfortably seats 6 and additional seats can be found at the bar and outdoor dining table. Step out to our wonderful outdoor seating area or stay inside to escape the weather and enjoy the living room setup. Relax on our comfortable sofa and enjoy the big game on our living area 70" smart TV. For a more cozy touch, light the logs in the fireplace and warm up in the winter months.

The main house has a downstairs bedroom with a king bed, a large closet, and a Smart TV. Bathroom is next to the bedroom door. Access to balcony and pool area from this bedroom. The upstairs Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with an extra-large 2 shower heads walk-in shower and a 2 sink vanity. The balcony overlooks the pool, room has his and her closets, and a 65" Smart TV.

The 1st built-in bunk room has a twin over a queen bed and the 2nd built-in bunk room has a twin over a full bed with a full trundle. The bunk rooms have a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Both bunk rooms have Smart TVs.

The guest house has another master suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, Smart TV, and a kitchenette. Bedroom overlooks the pool.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
