450 years old stone house with a large garden. Centrally located in the very center of one the most beautiful Mediterranean old towns. Very quiet and truly beautiful!

The house has been renovated to the highest standards to keep the olden and authentic charm. Some parts date back from the Roman BC time. The entire decor has been fine picked at the antiques shops, so that living in the house is truly like a ride into the past. Different than any other property you have previously visited :)

In 2010 the island Hvar has been ranked among Top 10 Most Beautiful Islands of Europe by The Traveller, world’s leading travel publication. It also has the largest number of sunny days per year.

For Intellectuals Who Love Arts, Culture & Silence: The house is situated in the very centre of the town, in a calm and quite pedestrian zone, a few walking minutes from the town bay and the harbor. One can easily reach all shops, local fruit markets, bars, restaurants, old churches, or an open air cinema. The listed prices are all-inclusive, and apart from the final cleaning (€100) and the local tourist tax (€1) no extra costs will be charged.

Your reservation will be made upon the payment of 50% of the total amount. Early reservation is advised. House Mediterranea is booked moths in advance.

A minimal stay required is 7 days. For a 14-day stay or longer, we will gladly offer a discount.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (EUR) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Due to the preservation reasons, two rooms share the same door and these two rooms are only visually divided by a wall (see the photo gallery). This means that going out from the bedroom #3 will make you pass through the bedroom #2. Having said that, guests who wish to enjoy full privacy are perhaps advised to come not more than in two pairs. The garden is fairly specious, and it has a dining table for 12 persons. So in case that you wish to invite someone for a lunch or dinner, feel free to do so!
