Edificio Berlin is situated within walking distance of the Ovalo Larco, Kennedy Park, Larcomar, and Malecon Cisneros. Walk or jog to the breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean coastline four blocks away. Miraflores is the Peruvian Manhattan, only a block from grocery stores, banks, restaurants, sidewalk cafes, pharmacies, and shopping centers. With an open-concept American style, this spacious two-bedroom condo has ample space to make you feel relaxed, cozy, safe, and right at home. Why they chose this property

Having lived in Monterrico during my childhood and adolescent years, Miraflores was always "the City" while Monterrico was the quiet suburbs. Today, Monterrico has grown exponentially and we host the US Embassy almost literally in my parent's backyard. Yet Miraflores continues to be The City! With everything that you can wish from the best restaurants, shopping, and just fun all around!

What makes this property unique

My Berlin Condo is not perfect by any means but still, I absolutely love it! I love walking absolutely everywhere! From my place, you walk to the Ovalo Gutierrez, to LarcoMar and soon (once the bridge is finished) you will go to Barranco! What I wish most was different is the "sounds" of the City. You will notice them but I have been more than clear that you are in a mini Manhattan, Rome, London, Istanbul ... this is not the countryside, no crickets or river sounds here. Therefore, expect city noise with city living. It takes me a night or two to get used to it but then I realize I am in a bustling city with the best food in the world and I adapt!
