Condo, 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 9-10)

Spectacular 4 bedroom condo is located near the amazing wonderland of Lake Tahoe. Within minutes of the major ski areas or 2 miles from Diamond Peak family ski resort. Less than 1 mile from two of the most beautiful beaches on the Lake and the Hyatt Regency Grand Lodge Casino. Major Ski Areas within 20-30 minutes include Northstar, Mt. Rose, Heavenly Valley, Squaw and Alpine Meadows.

Lodge feel condo is fully furnished and upgraded with rock fireplace and marble counter tops throughout. Deck includes BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture for lounging and entertaining. Includes 3 queen beds in 3 bedrooms with 4th bedroom serving as a great fully functioning suite for the kids.

Garage is located on lower level of condo allowing avoidance of elements to and from vehicle. Living area includes gas fireplace with flat screen and entertainment center. Also includes 4 bar stools and dining room table allowing for comfortable entertainment and relaxation. Kitchen is fully functional including and array of utensils and equipment for larger gatherings. Master Bedroom includes flat screen and DVD player with capability of internet connection. Lake Tahoe 15 major ski area and 40 golf courses. Approximately 40 minutes from the Reno Airport.

Incline Village includes Incline Beach and Burnt Cedar Beach and Pool for all residents and guests within Incline Village. Boat Launch and storage is also located nearby. Nearly 40,000 sq ft. recreation center includes indoor pool, basketball courts, sauna, weight and fitness room, lighted tennis courts and family picnic areas. Local retailers also rent water sports and snow equipment equipment.

Condo is located at perfect location in the complex allowing for immediate access to walking trail of 200 yards to Starbucks and many other restaurants and shops.

Nice modern condo at a reasonable price. Well-maintained, and open access to pantry with lots of spices and utensils makes you feel at home. Very close (~2 miles) to Diamond Peak skiing area. We would definitely come back the next time we're skiing in the area.

We had a wonderful four days. It helped that the weather was fantastic and everyone skied and snowmobiled. There were six in our party plus a niece for one night. The condo worked well with three bedrooms together and separate quarters for my niece.
The kitchen was well appointed and with the holiday decorations left for our enjoyment we felt it was a festiive atmosphere.
I would definely rent here again.

Everything we needed right there

This condo had everything we needed for our family. The kitchen was well stocked. There was ample outdoor furniture for us to enjoy the deck. The beds were comfortable and having several bathrooms was convenient for our family. The location was also very handy, as it was walking distance to the beach, grocery store, and ice cream shop. There were walking paths all over the area. The bikes were a nice perk as well as the beach towels ready for use. The condo is very nicely updated with modern decor. The living area is nice and large with comfortable furniture. Our kids enjoyed the Netflix and Wii on the nice T.V. The condo is three floors so there are a lot of stairs to climb, which wasn't a problem for us, but it would be if you have problems climbing stairs.

Lake Tahoe is gorgeous and we would definitely recommend this place for someone who's wanting to enjoy a nicely updated condo that's not too far from the lake.

This condo was excellent. The owners went above and beyond with everything here. The linens were soft and modern, the couches comfy and we greatly enjoyed the widescreen TV after a day exploring around the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed and with the grocery store (and other shops) so close, it was easy to cook great meals when we felt like just being home. This condo felt like home and the next time we return to Incline, we'll be staying here.
