Beds for 17 but up to 40 allowed, Just bring your sleeping bags.

10 acre property that borders the headwaters of Sutter creek.

Feels like it is on 50 acres but is in an upscale area close to gas, IGA etc. Upper Pioneer makes the easy commute to Kirkwood, and only 12 minutes to Bear River Reservoir.

Old growth Cedars, Oaks and other pines with large meadows.

Scaled pricing according to the number of bedrooms and low cleaning fee to save you Money. This is one of the finest lots in the area. Clean comfortable Tahoe style house. Porches around most of house, covered and non covered. It was once an Appaloosa ranch. Wildlife galore including large numbers of Deer.

Quiet neighborhood streets make for long walks without traffic.

Outdoor games galore, Badminton, Volleyball, Frisbee Golf (1 basket,we will be adding more baskets) Horsehoes, Bocce, Ping Pong etc.

Perfect place for a family gathering!

We spent five days up at this cabin. It is located on a huge piece of property surrounded by many trees and VERY private, which is what we wanted being as there were 10 of us! The layout of the home was nice, no one got in each others way, and there is plenty of space and room for a large family. We played games and had fun sitting on the deck out back every night. The owner Mike is a very nice owner, eager to make your vacation and fun and relaxing event! We are booking again next summer!
