The condo was very nice, clean, nicely decorated and very well stocked. However, when we arrived the ice maker on the refrigerator was all frozen up and jammed with ice. Also, we ordered a linen package that was not there and we had to wait for that to be delivered. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant and I would certainly consider renting from you again.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at Sunset Island and for using Vantage Resort Realty for your vacation this year. We apologize for your linens not being delivered upon arrival. They are actually provided by a third party provider, not Vantage Resort Realty, and they have until 6:00pm to deliver them as stated in your contract. We also apologize for the ice maker being jammed with ice in your condo. Our maintenance department is available to our guests that have any issues with their rental so please don’t hesitate to call next time for any minor issues such as this. Again, we really appreciate you renting with Vantage Resort Realty and we hope to see you again next year.
