Clean, new, well furnished condo

We loved that it was a clean, new, well furnished condo with easy walk to beach in quieter section of OC. Our favorite feature was the balcony overlooking the bay - we loved the dining set and ate breakfast and dinner on the balcony nearly every day. Check-in and check-out were efficient and easy!

Excellent and hassle-free!

Property exceeded our expectations. Facility was wonderful. Favorite features were the multiple balconies and kitchen utensils. Check-in and check-out were excellent and hassle-free! Would definitely recommend.

Loved the quality of the unit and the ease of renting. Favorite features were the balconys with views that could be accessed from multiple rooms and just the overall feel with the decor and large windows and "vacation feel." Not many things to complain about, just small minor issues that could be resolved. Marie was such a great help throughout the whole process finding the unit, making payments and with any other questions. She was always there to help.
