This was just perfect!
We stayed at this VR two weeks ago now, and it was just brilliant!!! Conveniently located near the Hawthorne district, which makes it easy to get to pretty much anywhere. We were able to park on the street, as well as walk back home at 2:30am, and it felt very safe!
The apartment is decorated tastefully and has everything you could need (coffee machine, TV etc). It's an older town home, which meant that you could hear the upstairs neighbours and the occasional chatter from downstairs - but that's to be expected from a city apartment. There was four of us (two couples) and we had our own bedrooms - something most "four people" vacation rentals do not offer for the price we paid!
My only complain would be waking up to somebody doing blow outs/landscaping outside, but then I remembered that it was a Friday, and while I was on holiday, it was just another weekday for everybody else.
Overall, I would highly recommend this VR and would definitely stay there again!
PS: Have breakfast at Jam... amazing food - only down the road from this rental
