This condo sits on the (elevator-accessible) fourth floor of the Carillon Beach Resort Inn, an oceanfront property in the small community of Carillon Beach. On the grounds, you'll have access to five swimming pools, hot tubs, basketball and tennis courts, and a playground for the little ones. In a matter of minutes, you can walk to the beach or hop in the car to explore 30A (two miles) or the incredible shopping, dining, and entertainment at Pier Park (eight miles).

Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a brand-new, light-filled living space that's thoughtfully decorated with elegant furnishings. Double sets of sliding doors open to the balcony overlooking the lake - the perfect perch for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

When you're not dining at one of the restaurants downstairs, cook with ease using stainless steel kitchen appliances and sit down to eat on the balcony or at the breakfast bar. Enjoy a smart TV in the living room, central air conditioning to keep you cool year-round, and complimentary WiFi throughout the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
