Griffith Park with the Los Angeles Zoo, the Autry Museum, a public golf course, tennis courts, and numerous hiking trails, is located within 3 miles. Disney Studios, Universal Studios, and Warner Bros Studios are all located within 3 to 4 miles.
NOTE - I also own VRBO listing #283828, which is a smaller home next door. The difference between the two is that the subject listing is elegant, sophisticated, and twice the square footage. The home next door is quaint and cozy. Both have good natural light, are airy, and have all of the comforts in your home away from home.
